Very professional and polite interviewers. Four different interview sessions each covering different area with one HR session. Assystem did not help with travel costs to interview unlike many other companies, not the best first impression of how they might treat employees.

I had one interview that lasted 1 hour. They were very friendly and I felt relaxed. My interview included some technical questions but mainly generic interview questions. I did not get a response for approximately 2 weeks as to whether I had got the job.

Interview process is done in 3-4 different steps like any other companies. It is mainly based on technical managers evaluations and expectations. However generally can be said that they are friendly and their evaluations are fair enough.
