Astea International interview questions

I was applying online, it take 2 week for a phone and in person interview, before interview I was asked to write a project with 1 week period of time, then at the interview site you are given a technical programming exam, and lastly is the actual interview process.

The process look a long time and had to speak with lots of different people. Managers struggle to make a decision. The whole process took over a month and I had to speak to multiple people from US, UK and Europe.
