Interview
We started with a 15 minute interview. I was able to talk to the hiring manager about what type of embedded systems they use, what they were looking for from a software developer, etc. After this, I had 90 minutes to complete a relevant coding challenge in whatever language I preferred.

The coding problem was related to embedded systems and I was allowed to complete it in the language of my choosing.

Interview
I applied online, and in my interview there were a few technical questions. I Did a phone interview and coded online. About a week later did a r2 phone interview. They had good communication and emailed quickly after and before both rounds.
They emailed me the same day I applied. The first round was with a junior employee. Interviews were technical, although there were some resume and behavioral questions. you should know your stuff.
I got through 2 rounds, relatively slow communication, pretty typical questions for an intern interview. The role wasn't technical so pretty much only behavioral questions & a couple questions related to the field.
