Interview was super easy. Applied online then had a phone conversation with employer. Asks your about your college experience and how you can connect with other athletes on campus. Very easy and clear cut just explain why you re personable and can persuade people. Also, make sure you are very clear and concise on the phone because it's only one phone call interview.

Easy, one phone call or Skype interview, 30 min conversation about school experience, sports, career plans and vision. Talking about how the internship was structured and what were the responsibilities. If having experience or anything special on a resume will ask about it to spark another topic of conversation. Passion driven skills and attitude they are looking for the most.
