Interview
2 brief phone interviews with Human Resources. Prior to the intense panel interview, I had to complete an IQ test, which took 3 hours. This test is similar to a SAT/ACT core value.

Interview
Detailed with informal conversations, assessments and two stage face to face interviews one of which is a panel interview. Lets just say they do not practice what they preach in regards to their core values. Process is still flawed and clearly an issue if it has been open this long.
