My first interview was a three panel interview followed by a second interview with the plant manager. I drove up there twice ( 8 hour drive there and 8 hour drive back and was never reimbursed) and did not hear anything for over a month. I finally got a call a month later asking if I was still interested.... Then I never heard back. Needless to say I am very thankful I did not get an offer from this company.

Started interview by going over resume, then started asking behavioral based questions. Three people conducted the interview and each person took a different section of topics. Didn't find the company to be too professional. Told me they would call with an answer regarding whether or not I got the position. Never had the decency to call me. I contacted them a couple times, left voicemails, but no response. Read other negative reviews about the company.... Now I understand why.
