Bait and switch of a customer rep position for a door-to-door sales position. Product and pay structure came off as scam-y. Very little vetting of prospects except to see if they're gullible enough to go along.

No sure where to begin. As soon as I walked into the building I had a feeling this wasn't legit. It was not an interview. It was more or less a presentation on how they scam customers. One thing the person who was doing the presentation said that this position is not a scam. RED FLAGS! They do not tell you what the details of the job are or pay until you get to the office. I'm sure they do this because the recruiter gets a bonus for every person that comes in. The position I applied for was on Craigslist and it was for a customer service representative. Not for sales! This is a door to door or company to company posistion. The pay they mentioned was $300.00 a week and the bonuses are paid by how many customers you get by how much wattage they use to light up their companies. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Honestly do not waste your time. If I would've known the details of this company before coming to the interview i would've never attended!
