Interview
Like everything in entertainment, this comes down to connections, vibe, and what you can bring to the table. If you haven't proven yourself, there will be a lot of hustling for little reward at first. But the team is basically a small family and everyone gets along pretty well. A lot of the interview will be as to whether or not you can fit into that mold.

I reached out through industry connections and luckily got a phone interview. After the phone interview, they setup a skype interview. I was reached out to a week later saying that I had the job.
