Atlantic Shores interview questions

First round with HR, second round with manager. Normal interview questions, HR was very helpful and provided answers to my questions about hours, pay and benefits. They gave me a tour of the community which is very nice, residents and employee seemed happy to be there.

The hiring process is quick yet the interview process is awkward. they sit you in a small room with the lead manager and their two supervisors (that are insignificant to anything) and they ask you a bunch of random questions. Such as do you go to school, how long do you plan on being here, etc. Its a simply interview and if they like you, you are whisked off to take a drug test. If you refuse, you are basically outing yourself. But overall it was simple but still awkward.
