I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group in Apr 2017
Interview
It was campus recruitment
So the procedure was quite same for almost every company a test followed by group discussion and then interview
In group discussions they see how efficiently you can communicate as most of the clients of the company are global players
In interview 1 or 2 basic technical questions about foundry process
There are two steps in the process.
Technical interview and HR interview. Technical interview specialised in control knowledge and Design knowledge. They may ask about FAT and commissioning experience.
PLC and HMI experience might help.
Aptitude round on AON, followed by group discussion and personal + HR interview rounds. Whole process is very engaging. The recruiting managers are friendly. The aptitude test is more like a game that tests your critical reasoning ability and problem solving ability, so be calm and complete the test within time with major focus on accuracy rather than on solving number of questions.
