I applied Online, then telephone interview with HR based in the Philippines back to me in Sydney. The phone line quality was extremely poor and the interviewer wasn't very friendly - there is nothing like being upbeat in an interview and not having the other person at the end of the line laugh with you - it was uncomfortable. I could tell that the interviewer had not read my resume by the questions.
