The interview consists of an initial screening round with the HR manager, following by another meeting with a technical member of the team, in this case a Senior Technical Account manager. Then an assignment is sent out to the interviewee including a case study to work on and submit over the weekend.
If the assignment is selected, the candidate will then proceed to a panel interview where their assignment will be challenged.
However, if another candidate is chosen, they will simply not proceed forward with the panel interview and the process ends here.
