The interview process is the same and consists of 5 rounds which can be found anywhere. But I am here to detail about other vital points. Firstly the Tech recruiters in India are pathetic. They lack even the basic empathy toward the candidate's experience. Even Google , Amazon ,Meta like companies consider the candidates purely based on their skills. But Atlassian India considers a candidate if they qualify any one of these: > you are from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 College. > you have worked with Top product companies. > you are popular in Social media either Youtube or LinkedIn. If you posses any of these 3 , then you will get a chance to interview with Atlassian India.I have come to know from few candidates, that even after successfully completing their interview rounds, they never got an offer. But there are candidates, who are just publicly popular and got the offer even though some of their rounds didn't go well. The Recruiters in India are highly irresponsive to any sort of communication. Even if you don't clear google Interview , the candidate feel nice just because the way the recruiters treat them. Atlassian India is definitely in a bad shape and better to avoid. There are lot many great companies who would respect your skills and abilities.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
