I applied through an employee referral and was initially screened by a recruiter who was fantastic—great communication and even shared helpful prep tips before each round. The process started off strong and organized.
However, midway through the interview process, the recruiter I was working with was replaced. From that point on, communication dropped off significantly, and it was difficult to build rapport or get clear updates from the new recruiter.
The interview process included four rounds, one of which was a take-home assignment. Unfortunately, the timeline was very slow—it ended up dragging out over four weeks. After investing so much time preparing and completing the assignment, I was ultimately passed up for another candidate. I followed up to request feedback but never received a response.
