The interview process was highly unprofessional—communication was inconsistent, scheduling was chaotic, and interviewers seemed unprepared. Feedback was vague or absent, making the entire experience feel disorganized and poorly managed from start to finish.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I speak French, what technologies I’ve worked with, and briefly about my experience and projects. Still, the conversation felt surface-level, rushed, and lacked structure or depth.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aubay in Jul 2019
Interview
The recruiter contacted me through Linkedin and we exchanged emails, she sent me a form to fill out, where I informed my salary expectation and the skills I had. Then she asked me in which areas of knowledge I would like to be evaluated and sent me the corresponding online technical tests. The we arranged a conversation by Skype to talk about my professional experiences. I performed the technical tests before the conversation because I wanted to hear the feedback from her, which in fact happened, she said that I achieved the desired score in one of the tests and would like to move on. In the Skype conversation we talked about each of my professional experiences and made part of the conversation in English. A few days later we arranged a conversation with another team member to receive a financial offer, I eventually accepted.
