I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aucto (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The process was a great balance of determining if I was a fit for the company and also giving me all the data I needed to determine if they were a fit for me. It allowed me ability to meet various members of the team and also participate in workshop formats where I could contribute and understand the team dynamics. Overall, very accurate view of daily life in the company.

Question 1
How would I approach specific challenges in the sales motion and process of bringing an account from open to close.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aucto
Interview
Time-consuming assignments: 1 Interviews: 6 People to meet with: 9 Weeks the process is drawn out over: 3 Job offers: 0 A couple of the people I met with were nice, but several others came off as condescending and arrogant. 6 interviews is excessive, but it's even more exasperating when one of them consists entirely of questions that aren't relevant to the role you're interviewing for. It's quite a lot of time and energy to expend to have nothing to show for it at the end, especially if you're already discouraged by a long, fruitless job search.

Question 1
There are the basic ones like customer interactions you're proud of, what your strengths/weaknesses are, etc. There are also some scenario-based ones. For example, you may be presented with two different types of customers, asked which you'd retain if you could only choose one, and why. Also, just as a heads up, be prepared to answer questions about other roles. For example, even if you're interviewing for a CSR role, you might be asked about how you'd execute marketing strategies.
