I interviewed at Austin Retina Associates (Austin, TX)
Interview
Phone screening interview first. Then, if chosen to move forward, in person interview is next. Communication is done through emails. The job offer itself is done over the phone. The task that takes the longest is getting the references checked.

Interview
I should have known from the interview that this company was a joke. They did not have their cameras on during the interview due to it being broken. After waiting for 3 weeks, I finally got an offer letter. When I tried negotiating for a higher pay, they took back their letter saying they’ve decided to go in a different direction with the job position. Apparently, this was not true as they reposted the job on indeed but this time listed it at a much lower range than what they even offered me. It’s the unprofessionalism from them that baffled me tremendously.

Interview
I applied and within a few days I received an email asking for further information and then soon after that I was set up for a phone interview. The response time is very good, allows entry-level positions to have a shot.
