Interview
Had an initial interview with talent acquisition. This interview was based mainly on culture fit type questions. Then had another technical interview with members of the engineering team. The team was patient and fair in their questions. Questions got progressively harder. Many of the questions were based on digging deep on my previous experience.
Good process with different stages: personal, background, and code. They were thoughtful, organized, professional interviewers who communicated clearly, created a supportive environment, and ensured the experience felt fair and engaging throughout.

2 llamados telefonicos, un zoom y una prueba tecnica, todo en ingles. esperan que conozcas la documentacion que provee la empresa y que minimamente puedas realizar al menos en mi caso una SPA con React y despues con Node donde utilices la autenticacion y conozcas los flujos de autenticacion.

First a recruiter screen, then hiring manager meeting, then a take home test, and then a technical screen, and system design walkthrough. Followed finally by a meeting with the whole team.
