Met with 2 managers where they asked questions such as talk about one of your failures. All questions were soft skill or past experience. I imagine something I said in that conversation meant I would t be a good fit culturally, but it’s hard to know what it was...
Good process with different stages: personal, background, and code. They were thoughtful, organized, professional interviewers who communicated clearly, created a supportive environment, and ensured the experience felt fair and engaging throughout.

First a recruiter screen, then hiring manager meeting, then a take home test, and then a technical screen, and system design walkthrough. Followed finally by a meeting with the whole team.

2 llamados telefonicos, un zoom y una prueba tecnica, todo en ingles. esperan que conozcas la documentacion que provee la empresa y que minimamente puedas realizar al menos en mi caso una SPA con React y despues con Node donde utilices la autenticacion y conozcas los flujos de autenticacion.
