The interview process at Authenticom was thorough, thoughtful, and engaging. I spoke with the Creative Director, CRO, and President, and each conversation felt purposeful and professional. The questions went beyond the surface—they challenged me to think critically and demonstrate my expertise. At the same time, it was very much a two-way dialogue. The conversation was easy flowing, and the responses I received were open, honest, and insightful. I walked away not only feeling well understood but also knowing I had found the right team to join.

Question 1
Which metrics matter most to you when evaluating marketing’s impact?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Authenticom (Wisconsin Dells, WI) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was comfortable and laid back. Didn’t feel like an interrogation and that they were there to do me a favor by giving me the opportunity to work there. It was a copacetic interview with the understanding that we both were there to see if the company and the individual were quality fits for each other
It was a pretty easy interview with very basic questions and consisted of one phone interview and one in person interview. From application to accepted offer, it took a 2-3 weeks.
