I interviewed at Autism Spectrum Australia (Chatswood)
Interview
The most inclusive interview process I have experienced. Plenty of information was provided in advance, to help with preparation. A great effort from the panel members to put me at ease, so that I could bring my best self to the interview. Video interviews are usually more nerve-wracking, but this one felt more like a meeting instead of an interview. The panel members were very prepared and asked me very thoughtful questions, and most importantly, allowed me the time and space to fully respond.
