Pros

People you work with and the people n carers the organisation supports.

Cons

The management and exec leadership does not care at all. We are just numbers. 2nd time working with them, but just gotten worse. If CEO doesn’t like you - she just gets rid of you.

Good coworkers Interactions with participants and their fammilies

Cons

Company don’t care about their workers or do proper risk assessments, are stingey with resources and money, overwork everyone, do not get a regular cleaner despite the obvious need for hygiene
