As part of getting to know our candidates better, we dedicate as much time as possible in the opening stages of the recruitment process to help them decide if we are right for them, and this typically includes a couple of informal chats with one of our Recruiters, and role-related exercises. We try to make sure that our interviews are as conversational and informal as possible, so where there is lots of chat about a candidate’s previous experience, they can last a little longer.
