I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Avaamo (Bengaluru) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process usually unfolds in multiple stages screening, technical assessments, and behavioural rounds designed to evaluate both skills and cultural fit.
It concludes with a final discussion on role alignment and expectations, led by a highly professional team of hiring managers and HR.

Question 1
What are some best practices you follow when writing JavaScript for AI system integration?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avaamo in Aug 2025
Interview
My experience with Avaamo’s interview process for an SDE-2 role was unfortunately disappointing. After receiving a verbal confirmation for the position and an agreed budget of 30 LPA, the company took nearly 1.5 months to come back and state that budget was an issue. In the final call, the offer was reduced to 25 LPA, which was unexpected and unprofessional after prior discussions.
The interview scheduling was also poorly handled. Almost all interviews started late or were rescheduled without any prior notice, showing little respect for the candidate’s time. In addition, the questions were repetitive and seemed to focus more on “company fit” than on actually assessing technical expertise.
Overall, the process felt disorganized, slow and frustrating, and it left me with a negative impression of both the management and HR practices at Avaamo.
