Process was handled very promptly which was great as at the time I had 2 other offers on the table but 1 job was short term contract and other for small consultancy. Recruiters pushed my 2nd interview forward and I received verbal confirmation the same afternoon after 2nd interview went well. From 1st interview to start date only took 3 weeks for a full time role based Melbourne Australia. Recruiters was based in Sydney which shows good work ethic taking my case into consideration as they did.

Was extensively drilled on previous experience at previous employers to ascertain how I went about doing my work, as Avanade is owned by Accenture & Microsoft they have a heavy focus on delivering IT solution based on Microsoft Best Practices. So it is what one can expect when going for an interview at Avanade.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
