I applied online and received a call from an Avanade recruiter within a week. The application process was explained early and I was kept informed of progress throughout. The application process consisted of a preliminary interview with the recruiter, a technical interview with a Senior Consultant, and finally a face to face with two Senior Directors. I found the whole process informative and relaxed. I felt that the role and company was explained well and I was given the opportunity to sell myself to Avanade. A really enjoyable and positive experience.
