Second Interview was in persone, to verify my technical skills and soft skills .
The duration of the interview was over 2hrs
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience

Interview process was 2 times. first was recruiter interview about personnel related and career plan , job changing reason and second was technical by director level which was focused on ERP .smooth and fast interview process.
