Interview
The process began with an email coorespondence. This was followed up by a technical interview over the phone which consisted of 5-10 questions related to Systems Administration. The final interview was a group interview. Dinner was provided and the interview consisted of meeting the district manager and introducing myself. We had dinner and drinks and then went home. Some of us received phone calls the next day and some didn't.

Interview
Complete lack of communication and professionalism.
I had discussed a scheduled interview that I received over a month after applying for a position at Avanade on Monday, June 15th in the afternoon. I waited for the full duration of the scheduled slot. No interviewer messaged me, No link was provided, And I received no email or call explaining the absence or cancellation.
There was zero communication before during or after the missed interview. For a company of Avanade's size and reputation this level of disregard for candidates' time and mental energy is unacceptable.
It reflects a chaotic hiring process and a lack of respect for people. I cannot recommend applying here until their recruitment team learns basic professional courtesy.

Interview
It was pretty straight forward, they called me on time and it went on for half an hour. The interviewer did alot of the talking. I was pretty happy with the whole process but they still havent gotten back to me afterwards, its been about 4-5 weeks.
