I applied online. I interviewed at Avanade (Houston, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
Recruiter Interview -> Online Assessment -> Dev Manager Interview -> Tech Interview
No coding questions but there was a resume review and other Technical Questions. The Online Assessment was really outdated, asking a bunch of weird JavaScript questions, not sure how heavily it was weighted. The other 2 interviews were more standard with one being general interview and the other more focused on react. Note I was interviewing for a front end position.

Question 1
Q: Explain the difference between promise and observable
The interview process was fairly standard, consisting of three rounds: one with HR and two technical interviews. There were no live coding tasks or unusual questions—just clear, professional discussions focused on my background, problem-solving approach, and technical experience.

Question 1
Can you walk us through a recent front-end project you worked on? What technologies did you use, and how did you approach challenges related to performance, accessibility, or responsiveness?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Avanade (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
First meeting with HR, second meeting with the direct Manager and HR. Received a call with a verdict a few days later.
Meetings were quite informal, as it was for a Graduate position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade in Sept 2021
Interview
Primeiro com o RH conversamos sobre a vaga e meus interesses. A entrevista técnica bem descontraída. Um bate papo sobre diversas coisas relacionadas à área (TDD, Scrum, Angular e etc) com um arquiteto de software apaixonado pela empresa, o que me cativou.
