After applying they invited me to a interview call which was a group call on a topic I knew nothing about, with every candidate that applied and proceeded to judge how outspoken you are in the breakout rooms.

It was some weird business type project, where every person in the group were assigned a topic or an area of a project group. You were supposed to try to sell your business to a client.
