If you want to do timepass, then go for it. Because do not seem they are serious.
The first round was very professional and technical.
For Second and third round they called me in the office. The second interviewer was almost sleepy. I was worried at this stage already. The third interviewer came late. And asked general questions. After a lot of follow up, the HR said the feedback on teams seems to be positive but later I got a reject, that do not possess skills and some very diplomatic answer.

Design a pipeline where you want to process files greater than 20mb in ADF.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avanade (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
The process involved four rounds in total (I failed in Round 2)
1) HR Screening - Experience/ Salary expectations
2) 30 Mins interview with Hiring Manager - Further questions on Fit, motivation, skillset, experience
3) 1 hour interview with a Director (from a different department): Was very similar to interview with the hiring manager. It also included competency/ behavioral questions. Was further probed on my past experience.
4) with a senior partner (wasn’t invited for this round)
