Applied online for an opportunity listed in Pasadena, CA. It was actually in Glendale, CA where the HQ now is. Was contacted by a HR screener to speak by phone. She was more a HR auditor. She wanted to verify every piece of information on the application - Dates of employment, exact title, salary history, salary expectations... No focus was placed on my qualifications or ability to do the job. after this audit was told that I would hear back from a HR manager and subsequently i received a email that the firm was no longer interested in my application

Had two phone interviews one with the HR recruiter and another with the hiring manager. The manager seemed very textbook didnt care much what you had to say just wanted to hear you go through your resume, and wasnt providing much feedback it was kind of like one way conversation.
