The interviewers are 15-20 minutes late for the interview. From the interview with the hiring manager, I can feel the HR is not fully understanding the requirement from the hiring managers because when talking to the hiring managers, I can feel already my CV is not what they're looking for and they are not interested to know me as well, so I was very surprised that I was invited to the interview. Overall not a very good experience even though they are polite and nice during the whole process.
