Horrible exoerience & complete time waist.!Donot risk your other potential job offers for Avery Dennison. The same situation twice with me I gave 4 to 5 round of interviews for 2 different positions. All rounds went really well but the process took some time. Team loved me and highly appreciated me during interviews and also well responded to my follow up emails. Because the first time I got rejected the same way they rejected me 2nd time that's what made me feel confident that they interview candidates just for formality and eventually hire someone internally after holding candidate for long time. The first I interviewed for CPD role after all 4 technical rounds which went really well& promising , I received a call from HR to update and check if I am available as the process is taking time, team is making decision and will revert back next week. I instead receive a rejection email. I didn't say much but was shocked and disappointed. I applied again for junior role of Account specialist, same exact story like previous infact this time I was even interviewed for HR formal final interview and she gave me tentative start date and other details . This time I was more than 100 % sure I have this job so I let the potential opportunities go . After HR basic & final interview . I don't understand why would they interiew multiple candidates for most basic HR round at the end ? Or in other words if team was considering other candidates what special did the HR person was asking question to make a final decision to finalize one over the other ? She literally asked. Where do I see myslef in next 5 yrs and how much interested I am to work with Avery which I answered so well, I DOUBT what could be the reason for my rejection that after clearing all technixal rounds and when Team was so impressed each time with me , then what did this lady at HR found wrong in my answers???? I was passionate to work with Avery that's why I kept applying even this time for jr.role . Not again
