Straightforward and well organized process. Starting with recruiter call then two rounds of technical and behavioural style interviews with team members. Interview process was focused on finding candidates who showcased a balance of soft and technical competencies.

The interview consisted of a screening over the phone and an in-person meeting where questions were asked regarding character, skills, and experience relating to the position. No technical questions were asked.
