First of all had to answer three questions for your initial application. Then moves to psychometric tests on numerical, verbal and critical reasoning. After this moves to the pre-recorded video interview, where you are asked questions surrounding Avison Young, your own motivations and also commercial awareness.

Submitted covering letter and CV online through a LinkedIn advert. This was shortly followed by an interview with the line manager for the role after and then a HR questionnaire.

Standard application process with online video interview then followed by an assessment day (2022). The assessment day included a group exercise on a pre-notified task, a solo presentation on your own topic of choice and then an interview with seniors at the company.
