I applied in-person. I interviewed at Avoca (Dunboyne) in May 2024
Interview
Fairly standard and chill, questions were generic enough about team work and communication. Interest in the products for sale, clothes and brands etc. Interviewers were very friendly overall. Was also told what kind of candidate they are looking for.
easy going straight forward nothing takes u by surprise as the interviewer was a nice girl . . . didnt take the job as was offered another job Interviews are conducted in person
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Avoca (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2025
Interview
Interview focused on previous experience. More so about availability, particularly around busy periods. Not super tough. Interviewed by one manager on site. They were happy to do it over the phone also.
