I attended one interview/ registration meeting, which was conducted online. I was asked basic questions related to children with special education needs and what would I do in certain situations.

it was short, but it allowed me to go through various stages, through telephone calls, and then virtual zoom interviews. I liked how friendly, and quick the staff was in answering a lot of questions.

Interview
Quite easy, mostly questions about safeguarding, boundaries with kids, experience and safety. You’ll also require a DBS. Overall, it’s easy to get in. The work involves SEN kids so you must know a bit about this.
