I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Axero Solutions in Mar 2025
Interview
Interviewing at Axero was a good reflection on their company culture - thorough, down-to-earth, authentic, and passionate about what they do.
There were three interviews with their leadership team, a project that involved a presentation, then one more interview, then references and possibly the Predictive Index test, but I didn't make it that far. Great company from what I could see.

Question 1
Tell me about a new feature that you added to one of your previous products. Walk me through why you decided to do it and the expected outcome.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Axero Solutions (New York, NY) in Apr 2024
Interview
Informative and fair. Good questions, took an interest in the candidate, were straightforward about the product and market fit. Provided access to a variety of functional leaders to evaluate me but also for me to evaluate them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Axero Solutions in Sept 2020

You DO NOT want to work here!
Spoke with C-level employee who seemed interested in hiring me, but said there were some delays in the hiring process due to COVID-19- totally understandable.
Tried contacting the employee for MONTHS before I finally gave up. I was completely ghosted. It was, perhaps, one of the most unprofessional encounters I have been a part of.
Advice: Make sure your C-level employees value candidates. Obviously, they are busy; however, it's a good idea to communicate to your candidates that the company will be going with someone else/in a different direction.
