Interview
I had one round of interview, after which I was told that I would be contacted further for the second round. I sent a follow up email after a week, to which there was no reply. And 2 weeks later when I called the HR personnel to follow up, I was told that he will call me back in 30 minutes. Something which again did not happen. Even after ample time, the company HR does not even have the decency to let the candidate know what the status of the interview is or whether he/she has been selected or rejected.

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) knowledge
The interviewers joined late by 15-20 min, were not punctual. They were not interested in my overall work experience or my projects, rather on 1-2 questions related to some work I was not much experienced on. Seemed like a highly disorganized team and work culture.
It was quite ok, 3 different meetings in which i had to talk about my past experiences and what i could bring to the company. also to tell about my expectations
