Interview
You start by dropping your CV at the career site. If they like your profile they'll ask for an initial interview where they try to figure out if you'd be a good fit. Then they give you an assignment. If they like your assignment, you'll be asked for another interview where you discuss more about the role and negotiate perks. Note: they almost always hire experienced person.

Interview
1.The first process was viva. The viva took around two hours to complete, and the interview board asked me really detailed questions about my relevant field of work.
2. After 15 days, I made it past the 2nd stage. I made the called back. I was given a task to complete within 48 hours. After that deadline has passed, I submitted it and it was pending review.
3. After they reviewed my work, they had called me back again. I faced the same viva board, and they asked me more detailed questions about the procedures of how I managed to finish my assigned task. I had to explain my work process to them clearly and elaborately.
4. After that they gave me a confirmation phone call by the end of that working day and I became a member of Axilweb!
