I had a very straight forward interview. It was more of a conversation with very few to no real questions. Easy process, they need lots of analysts so they're looking to hire.

Interviewed in 2020 while they were called Continental Mapping. Interview was standard, after phone interview, was offered a position. With a Master's Degree, I was offered $15. They refused to negotiate higher. Not competitive pay at all. HR expected me to walk away because they too knew it was too low but weren't permitted to offer more. They work government contracts and can definitely pay their employees a LOT more.

Interview
This interview (phone screening) was a very straight forward and friendly interview with HR. I was asked basic questions and HR described the job candidly. They also offered insights as to what the company environment/culture is like, and gave great information on how they are handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
