Case study of competitors of Azavista in the sphere of B2C event management. Which means any company can create conferences/meetings/events and anyone can buy/join.

Absolutely terrible. Took 3 months and 3 rounds with final task as 10 pages detailed benchmarks of competitors and PLG strategy. After sending them docs, they never came back. I just became aware of the fact that the company is just collecting bunch of case studies and using them as a shady way of free service. Last mail from CEO was "Our team will now review your case study carefully. As a next step, after review, we will invite you for an online interview. JP van der Kuijl"

Interview
Three rounds of onboarding. 1st round is an asynchronous interview. Questions are difficult and is a test of critical thinking. 2nd round is a discovery call and is done virtually. Questions are similar to asynchronous. 3rd round is a case study - actual evaluation of the 15 modules of their product, benchmarking of at least 5 competitors. You are need to provide actual recommendations. This one, they expected to be done in a week pro-bono. The issue here is that a proper case study will take more time and they expect this to be done for free. They said its a test of your analytical skills. This is an absurd request. I didnt get an offer because I told them I wont be doing the case study coz that is an actual task for the role and a service that I am actually offering. An hour or two of free consulting is fine, but not when its about a week or so.
