Aziro Tech Lead interview questions

I interviewed at MSys Technologies, Chennai, in March. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The interviewer joined the session an hour late and didn’t ask a single technical question. Instead, he immediately asked me to write a basic for loop iterating over an array of length 10 and log each value. Then he asked me to remove the defined array length and still log the values. Right after that, he said the interview was done. As someone with over 15 years of programming experience, I found this approach unprofessional and lacking in depth. Based on the interaction, I honestly believe he is not a programmer. It felt like he had spent the previous hour trying to learn how to write a for loop himself. My sincere request to MSys Technologies: If you do not have qualified technical professionals available, please avoid assigning underqualified individuals to conduct interviews. This was the worst interview experience I’ve had in my entire 15-year career.
