Interview
Head hunter contacted for a voice call then had a face to fave meeting with the HR manager, after that another interview was done with the CEO and last but not least an interview with the COO.
Overall, my interview with the HR team did not meet my expectations. The interviewer was rude, asked inappropriate personal questions and seemed untrained in interview etiquette. Instead of asking "how do you handle X situation", she would make a judgment and start with "I feel you are not good at X" without any previous info from me pointing to it, and I'd have to refute/defend it. The other interviewer looked tired and the team looked not so motivated in this tiny office.
If you are interviewing for an HR role and considering to join the team, please think twice.
