Interview
I had a one-way video interview. The interview panel recorded their questions and I then I recorded my answers. I had a 15 minute call before the process to go through a few clarification questions and was given guidance about the one-way video process.

Give a concete example of how I have managed multiple projects with different deadlines.
Initial step was answering 4 real case scenario questions. The next round was an interview, which was user-friendly. The interviewers were very nice. The questions felt quite difficult and required lots of structure to manage in a short amount of time. Some questions were very similar those which were given in the first round task. But some were quite strategic.
