Interview
10 minute telephone Interview, followed by face-to-face interview on site in Warton. The on site interview consisted of a one to one interview covering similar questions asked during the telephone interview but with two added technical questions. Keep track of the questions asked during the telephone interview as these are useful for the face-to-face interview later on.
I applied online and had to do tests on English, maths and situational skills. Recieved an email saying I had passed these and was invited to complete a video interview.

Interview
Had numerical and personality tests online before the interview day. Strength-based interview, would ask weird questions like 'what would you do if a team mate lies to you'. Everything was marked according to some criteria.

Interview
Online application with sections to answer questions about motivation and experience and a CV and cover letter submission. Telephone interview checking basic knowledge of claimed competencies and to ascertain where in the business I would be most suited. Two hour face to face interview at the site in Gloucester with two interviewers and one interviewee. I delivered a twenty minute presentation followed by questions. Then some technical questions and questions about my CV. Then a technical scenario designing a mobile phone cell network.
