Psychometric testing- fairly simple. Relies on common sense for the most part. Basic maths test.
Video interview- 10 minutes to answer 10 questions with a max time of one minute per question.

The interview went very well; the interviewers were patient, professional, and accommodating. They created a comfortable environment, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely seemed interested in my experiences and motivation for the role.

Video stage with testing followed by face to face interview over zoom, lots of applicants so difficult to get through all stages. Can feel like efforts go amiss but understandable with level and amount of competition
Answer a few questions online, like why BAE, and a few other typical and general interview questions. There is also a math quiz (or game) which is about quick mental math
