They have several layers of interview. First you start with online video assessment and aptitude tests. Then you will go into the assessment centre where you will be tested on your ability of communication, teamwork and have in person interview.

Online interview. Nice people, quite welcoming atmosphere. Personal and technical questions. Classic personal questions- strengths and weaknesses. Technical section included the question 'Describe what a systems engineer is in your own words'.

video interview with 5 questions, followed by 5 games , then a telephone call and final interview. I was offered a reserve role if someone backs out as they said i didnt score highly enough one of the systems based question.

Interview
It consisted of a recorded video interview, as well as game based exercises. The exercises were in the form of aptitude tests, that test your memory, quick thinking and general reasoning.
