BAE Systems Softeware Engineer interview questions

The process began with an online application followed by a coding assessment. After passing that stage, I was invited to a video interview with a panel consisting of a technical lead and a hiring manager. They asked a mix of technical and situational questions, focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and secure coding practices. It was professional, structured, and gave a good insight into the company culture. The interviewers were friendly and encouraged me to ask questions at the end.
